What to Expect...

This complementary event is aimed at bringing together business leaders in the greater Central Wisconsin Area to share the strategy and tools of Lean Six Sigma and their application within all types of businesses. Join us for presentations, discussions, and networking.

Who is This For?

This symposium is the perfect event for business owners, executives, company leaders and practitioners of Lean Six Sigma to network, share, and learn practical ideas to improve your customers' experience, make better use of your company's resources, and simplify your work processes.

What is on the agenda?

In Part I, Sonya will present her black belt project she lead while formerly employed at Bemis, and she will touch on challenges she overcame and lessons she's learned that she applied to all industries she's worked in.

In Part II, Kate will explore good and bad visual displays and help you learn design techniques to ensure your information is received and understood. As we’ve all heard the old adage “A picture is worth a thousand words.” In business, the quality of the picture is critical, as well-designed graphic displays help people make informed decisions.

Part III will be a panel discussion with lessons learned, strategies, what works and what doesn’t will be discussed by leaders from various organizations. Bring your questions and be ready to participate!
